How to Submit a Guest Post
Work Well is a community of HR, training design and culture professionals sharing real stories and insights about their work in human resources. We cover topics in human resources like talent acquisition, training design, culture, organizational development, employee engagement, retention strategies, workplace learning, and the future of work.
Content Quality
We’re looking for high impact content about human resources. That means interesting, creative and unique HR content, backed up by data and statistics whenever possible. We also like to keep our articles at around 750 - 1000 words—our audience is busy, but likes to learn. Make sure your content strikes a balance between being informative and easy to digest.
These are some good examples:
- Why Unhappy Employees Are More Expensive
- Millennials Care About Workplace Learning (And You Should Too)
- 4 Essential Talent Acquisition Apps for Hiring Top Performers
